Terms and conditions
of your stay.
Short and clear — so your weekend goes smoothly.
Booking and deposit
- A booking is confirmed after a 50% deposit, paid within 48 hours of our confirmation.
- The balance is due up to 72 hours before arrival.
- Minimum stay is 2 nights.
- Prices are for the whole house, up to 14 guests, and include VAT and tourist tax. Public holidays, New Year and celebrations — on request.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking — the deposit is fully refunded.
- After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 12 noon.
- Early check-in or late check-out — by prior arrangement, when possible.
- On arrival your host shows you the house and the spa.
What is included
- Electricity, water, cleaning and supplies.
- Sauna, hot tub and ice-water plunge barrel — unlimited during your stay.
- Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and toiletries. Firewood is on us.
House rules
- Maximum 14 overnight guests.
- Smoking outside only.
- Loud music outside until midnight. Guests are responsible for keeping the peace.
- Small dogs by prior arrangement.
- Any illegal activity is forbidden.
- Guests are liable for damage caused during the stay.
The spa
- Sauna up to 6 people, hot tub up to 8.
- Children use the spa only with an adult.
- No glass near the hot tub and the barrel. Shower before the hot tub.
- If you have health conditions, check with your doctor before the sauna and ice water.

- Data from the booking and contact forms is used only to contact you and to fulfil your booking.
