How to use the spa
like a Scandinavian.
A warm shower, then dry off — your body warms up faster.
Sauna. The top bench is the hottest; step out when you’ve had enough.
The ice-water barrel — dip to your shoulders and breathe slowly. Beginners: 10–20 seconds.
Rest on a sunbed with a robe and a glass of water.
Repeat the cycle 2–3 times.
The hot tub under the stars. That’s it.

- Drink water between rounds; alcohol after the ritual
- Children only with an adult
- No glass near the hot tub and the barrel
- Shower before the hot tub
- Close the hot-tub cover after use
